Profibus connectors address modern field-bus connections

The full-metal die-cast hood, which is available in standard 90°, compact 90°, axial 180° or special 35° cable exits, ensures highly effective shielding and the robust design withstands typical harsh industrial environments. The user simply connects to the field bus interface on the device and plugs into the Profibus M12 connectors that come with standard B-coding polarisation, and the Profibus connection will work. With integrated inductances these connectors fulfil the Profibus specification of data rates up to 12Mbit/s.
