Programmable power supplies range up to 5kW, in distribution
Within the range are DC, AC and linear designs for applications up to 5 kW. The rack mounted SP series DC power supplies exhibit accurate voltage and current measurement capability. With a standard 19 in. rack mount configuration, APM offer 23 models with power ratings up to 1.6 kw in a 1U design and 23 models with a power rating of 4 kw in a 2U design. With output voltages ranging from 20 VDC to 200 VDC the SP series design offers up to 92% efficiency. The SP series provides high precision with up to 0.05% voltage accuracy and 0.1% current accuracy with up to 80 msec no load voltage drop time and 10 msec full load voltage drop time.
The APM SP series can be operated in Master/Slave configuration with one master and up to nine slaves. They also feature RS232, RS485, LAN, USB interfaces supplied as standard, with GPIB available as an option. All 2U configuration supplies also offer standard automobile electrical test curves. All APM power supply products are accredited to CSA, UL, CE and FCC standards.
