Phoenix Contact is extending its ICS series electronics housings with a push-in spring connector range with a pitch of 3.5 mm. The new PCB connectors are designed for currents up to 8 A and voltages up to 300 V. They are available in 4- and 5-position versions. The coding element integrated into the connector parts provides reliable protection against mismatching. The connector and header are simply coded to one another when they are plugged in for the first time.
The Push-in connectors are compatible with the existing connection technology range. Along with codable PCB connectors with pitches of either 3.5 mm or 5.0 mm and with either screw connection or push-in spring connection, Phoenix Contact also provides standardised device connections such as RJ45, USB, D-SUB, and antenna jacks for the ICS housing series.
