For the precise detection of the driving scenario, self-driving cars require high-resolution radar sensors which, in addition to detailed images, provide a wide field of view as well as height, distance and speed information. The dSpace DARTS 9040-G automotive radar test system with its high resolution and signal quality supports the demanding tests of these sensors from development to approval. The area of application ranges from chip design and sensor development to end-of-line testing.

The DARTS 9040-G covers the frequency range from 76 to 81 GHz simultaneously. The compact RF front-ends can be easily and flexibly positioned in new test arrangements.

In continuoulys expanding its DARTS portfolio, dSpace is working in close cooperation with partners ITS and miro-sys.
