The radiation hardened DDR2 solution includes the 3D Plus DDR2 module with a 3D Plus Radiation Intelligent Memory Controller (RIMC) IP, which can be easily integrated into most space grade FPGAs. Thanks to the co-protection from both the module and the controller IP, this hardened DDR2 solution can reach a Total Ionizing Dose (TID) over 100Krad (Si) and is immune to Single Event Latch-up (SEL), Single Event Upset (SEU) and Single Event Functional Interruption (SEFI).
