Auto-setup, auto-focus and newly developed decoding algorithms automatically provide for excellent reading performance against almost any background. Scan settings can be accessed via the intuitively laid out user interface of the wenglor WebLink for optimized reading of damaged and high-resolution codes. They boast the smallest available format for 1D/2D code scanners which makes them suitable for use in extremely compact machines and, thanks to a reading speed of 60 scans per second, they’re well-suited for applications with high throughput rates too. The Industry 4.0-ready sensors come in a 25×45×38mm and a 25×45×45mm housing, respectively and perform up to 60 scans per second, reading all common 1D/2D codes before communicating the results via various interfaces including RS-232, USB 2.0 or Ethernet via USB for the C5KC and via RS-232, Ethernet TCP/IP, PROFINET or EtherNet/IP for the C5PC.
