Real-time clock module features Q200, extra small package
The RV-3029-C3 and RV-3049-C3 series RTCs are specified for operation under temperatures of up to 125°C. Within the range of -40°C through +85°C, an accuracy of ±6ppm is guaranteed. The series RV-8564-C3 low power RTC modules feature an extremely low current consumption of 250nA while the ultra-low power version RV8523-C3 does it with just 130nA. Common denominator of all these series is their small C3 package with a size of 2.7 x 2.5 x 0.9mm and their frequency of 32.768 kHz. Like somewhat larger C2 versions (which continues to be available), the C3 implementations can be run off a supply voltage of 1.2V, 1.3V and 5.5V. Likewise, all other electric parameters are identical.
The RTC modules are RoHS compliant and available on stock from distributor WDI AG (www.wdi.ag).
