The InstaSPIN-FOC technology, embedded in the MCUs’ read-only-memory, can be used to accelerate motor control development while improving efficiency for cost-sensitive BLDC (brushless DC), PMSM (permanent magnet), and AC Induction motor based applications.   

The Piccolo F2802x MCUs come in the 48-pin package, with 32 or 64 KB of Flash. Designers can evaluate the devices with the free, interactive InstaSPIN-FOC online simulation tool
