Featuring a rugged, molded 50 mil pitch construction, the NOMCA thin film resistor networks offer 7 or 8 isolated resistors of equal value in compact, narrow (0.150 in.) 14- or 16-pin SOIC packages, in accordance with JEDEC MS-012 variations AB and AC. Each resistor offers a wide resistance range of 1 kΩ to 50 kΩ and a typical power rating of 100 mW.

The integrated construction of NOMCA resistor networks allows for higher precision over discrete SMT chips, making the devices ideal for precision voltage dividers, op amps, and battery management applications. Typical end products will include automotive, telecommunications, industrial, process control, and medical equipment.

Per AEC-Q200, the resistor networks are rated for ESD to 1 kV at < 10 kΩ and 2 kV at > 10 kΩ. The devices feature very low noise of < -30 dB and voltage coefficients of < 0.1 ppm/V, and operate over a wide temperature range of -55 ºC to + 125 ºC. NOMCA resistor networks are compliant with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and halogen-free according to the IEC 61249-2-21 definition.

Samples of the NOMCA resistor networks are available now. Production quantities will be available in May, with lead times of eight to 10 weeks for standard orders. For more information follow resistor networks from Vishay at https://twitter.com/vishayindust
