Reverse-blocking, pFET integrated power controllers
Using Silego’s proprietary CuFET technology, these products can handle load currents up to 4A and exhibit low thermal resistance. The reverse-current protection feature is useful in applications where a VOUT-to-VIN backfeed current to the VIN power source is to be avoided. Compared to other pFET load switches currently available these products combine higher-performance lower on-resistance pFET structures, lower supply current operation, and multiple protection features into very pcb space-efficient solutions.
Using Silego’s p-channel MOSFET design IP, these new additions to its high-performance pFET integrated power switches include (4) dual-channel, 2-A devices and (1) single-channel, 4-A device:
