RF front-end module boosts range for smart metering, energy, IoT designs
The SKY66115-11 FEM operates over a range of supply voltages (2.5 to 3.6V) at low power consumption, and comes in a 4 x 4 x 0.9 mm, 16-pin multichip module outline.
