RFID temperature sensor tag takes from -30 to +300ºC

The device features a 103GT-2 NTC thermistor (10K) from Semitec with a measurement range from -10 to +120ºC degrees with an accuracy of ±0.5ºC. The device also offers an extended temperature range from -30 to +300ºC with an accuracy of ±3ºC while the actual RFID tag operation range is -30 to +85ºC.

The tag comes in a variety of antenna designs and sizes to adapt the performance to the required application in the 860-960 MHz band. The reading distance for the battery-free thermistor tag is around 1.5 meters and it can be embedded in a wide variety of materials such as plastics or concrete. It can also be encapsulated in an IP67 or IP68 casing for usage in harsh environments.
