RFID transponder designer’s kit targets automotive electronics
In addition to these single axis coils, the kit includes a set of 3-axis transponder coils, 3 coils oriented to 3 axes coordinates “X”, “Y”, “Z”, winded over one common core. The 3D coils included in the kit have been designed for a frequency of 125kHz and 20kHz. These rugged inductors offer sensitivity ranging from 20 to 80mVpp/App/m. These antennas are suitable for pick-and-place assembly, and 3DC09AOI and 3DC14AOI series allow automatic optical recognition of soldering process AOI (automatic optical inspection). These transponder coils operate in the -40 to +85ºC temperature range and are suitable for passive keyless entry systems, keyless go, type pressure monitory systems, and immobilizers. They are all RoHS-compatible and AEC-Q200 qualified.
