Richardson RFPD introduces two low noise amplifiers from Wavelex
The WLA0030A offers wide frequency band operation, from 20 to 3000 MHz, a 1.3 dB noise figure and 15 dB gain. It is versatile for a range of applications, from LTE, to receiver amplifiers, RF bench test, and mobile base station.
The WLA0545A operates from 0.5 to 4 GHz, with a 1.2 dB noise figure and 25 dB gain. It is well-suited for cellular, GPS, PCS and 3G applications, as well as receiver amplifiers, RF bench test, and mobile base stations.
Both new LNAs are fully-matched to 50 ohms, with no external matching components needed. They are packaged with precision machine housings in Wavelex’s IP-3 package. Wavelex products are 100% production-tested on all minimum and maximum electrical specifications.
