Robot is programmable from Apple and Android devices
MekaMon is an ideal learning tool for robotics engineers, hobbyists, and STEM students. It is a fully programmable four-legged unit that has lifelike movement with three degrees of freedom per leg. MekaMon was specifically designed for use with the ReachEdu app. The app connects the robot to Apple or Android based device forcdoding.
The ReachEdu app uses visual programming suites, such as MekaDraw, MekaMotion and MekaCode, allowing an easy introduction to coding. Beginners levels have built-in guided-learning missions. Other modules help users move from block-based programming to writing actual code. The app allows access to a range of input and output commands and takes advantage of MekaMon’s suite of sensors and fluidic movements.
The MekaMon Berserker v2 robot has Bluetooth LE connectivity, an operating time of 90 minutes per 60-minute battery charge, and is fullu modular.
