ROS 2 robotics controller featuring NVIDIA Jetson platform
ADLINK’s ROScube-X series of real-time ROS 2 robot controllers are powered by the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier module. The module has an NVIDIA Volta GPU, dual deep learning accelerators, and a range of interfaces, that include GMSL2 camera connectors. The ROScube-X range has been designed to offer support for all of the resources found in NVIDIA’s JetPack SDK. The controller is especially well suited for robotics applications that require high-performance AI computing capabilities and low power consumption.

Robotic systems which use the ROScube-X are fully supported by the ADLINK Neuron SDK. The SDK is a platform that was developed for professional robotic applications. The latest ROS 2 release, Foxy Fitzroy (codename “foxy”), allows Neuron SDK customers to obtain long-term support (LTS), and ADLINK’s ROScube services.

The NVIDIA Jetson embedded AI computing platform is intended to offer a high-performance, low-power computing solution for deep learning and computer vision that allows the creation of software-defined autonomous machines. Featuring cloud-native support, the platform includes small form-factor Jetson modules with GPU-accelerated parallel processing, the JetPack SDK with developer tools and libraries for building AI applications and an ecosystem of partners with services and products that accelerate development.
