Munich-based Ruetz assists car manufacturers and suppliers in Europe, North America and Asia with engineering services and test laboratory solutions as well as with competence for data transmission. "We have just completed our realignment to become the overall experts for all relevant areas of in-car data communication," explained Wolfgang Malek, Ruetz General Manager and Co-Founder. The takeover also enables Ruetz to test and verify infotainment and driver assistant systems and their connectivity to the outside world across all OSI layers.
The company’s services include compliance, test environments and consulting for all common standards and data bus systems such as CAN, Ethernet, MOST, and USB. In addition, Ruetz develops software solutions that help carmakers and tier ones to integrate consumer electronics devices into their vehicles.
