The combination of various lengths and metric threads allows the Schurter spacers to be used flexibly. The Transipillars are suitable for providing a versatile rugged insulator for multistage PCB separation, for chassis mounting of drives and motors or for any general electromechanical application. Customized versions are available on request. The studs are made of galvanized steel, with brass inserts and a body made of nylon 66. They withstand a voltage over 11k VDC with an insulation resistance over 10,000 MΩ at 500 VDC (for a minimum thickness of 1mm).
