Rugged RS485 transceiver for extreme temperature or high noise environments
The device has enhanced overvoltage fault protection and extreme electrical overstress (EOS) protection that ensures reliable data communications in electrically noisy environments. The LTC2879X’s has a 3mm x 3mm footprint, which is 50% smaller than comparable devices.
The extreme temperature range, rugged fault tolerance, and low-drift, low-leakage circuitry of the LTC2879X device make it well suited for use in oil and gas exploration, industrial control, and aerospace and defence applications.
