Type-C is smaller than Type-A, around the size of existing micro-USB connectors. As well as high data rates, Type-C can also provide up to 100W of power. The 4000 range is tested to IP69K and IP68 to provide protection against dirt and water ingress. The series has an –40ºC to +80ºC operating temperature range.
