Sealed enclosures feature flush-fitting hinged trims
Design features include hinged flush-fitting trims to conceal and protect all the fixings. The high quality A2 stainless steel alloy screws are highly resistant to corrosion and aggressive substances.
The lid (which features plastic retaining straps) is recessed to accommodate a membrane keypad while the underside has space for product labels. Inside there are fastening pillars for PCBs and DIN rails. Smart-box is manufactured from high quality robust ASA+PC (UL 94 V-0) to withstand demanding industrial environments.
It is rated to IP 66 with gaskets pre-fitted. The enclosures are available in eight sizes ranging from 120x90x50mm to 280x170x60mm. The standard colour is Light Grey (RAL 7035) but custom colours are available on request.
