Semtech selects Avnet Memec as a distributor for the Gennum datacom and video broadcast product lines in Europe

Semtech Coroporation completed the acquisition of Gennum in March 2012 adding high speed analog and mixed-signal semiconductors for the optical communications and video broadcast markets to its existing portfolio.
