Sensirion particulate matter sensor now available globally
The SPS30 particulate matter (PM) sensor has a measurement principle that is is based on laser scattering and uses of Sensirion’s contamination-resistance technology. The technology, used beside high-quality components, enables accurate measurements throughout its lifetime of more than eight years. In addition, Sensirion’s algorithms provide high accuracy for different PM types and higher-resolution particle size binning. With a small size of 41 x 41 x 12 mm3, the sensor is ideal for applications such as wall-mounted or compact air quality devices.
Sensirion’s proprietary contamination-resistance technology and long-lasting components provide the SPS30 with unmatched robustness, long-term stability and high accuracy, together with a lifetime of more than eight years in continuous mode operating 24 hours/day.
