Shielded ER SMT inductors for military RF applications
The ER5025S series complements MIL-PRF-39010 QPL axial-leaded (through-hole) products and enables their conversion to SMT circuitry via this new MIL-PRF-39010 qualified SMT series.
ER5025S meets the QPL ER requirements to failure rate level M (for /17 and /18). The performance ranges provided by this series include inductance from 0.10 to 10,000 µH, Q minimum from 40 to 60, SRF minimum from 1.0 to 450 MHz, DCR maximum from 0.025 to 139 Ohms, and current rating from 30 to 2245 mA DC.
This wirewound, molded, shielded ER5025S series with 3 percent maximum coupling is designed for RF applications in military, aerospace and space – including defense and NASA communities – for use in communication, guidance, security, radar, test and evaluation and special mission applications.
