Siemens extends CEO, digital contracts for another five years

The Supervisory Board of Siemens has extended the contract of Roland Busch, President and CEO for another five years.

The extension of the CEO contract is an endorsement of the strategic direction and leadership team at Siemens by the supervisory board.

The five-year contract extension for Roland Busch (59) runs from April 1, 2025. The board also extended the appointment of Cedrik Neike (51) as member of the Managing Board and CEO of Digital Industries, for a further five years from June 1, 2025.
