
Silicon Labs Wireless Gecko Series 2 SoCs, Now at Mouser
The Silicon Labs EFR32BG22 (BG22) SoCs support Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, including Bluetooth Mesh, Bluetooth Low Energy, and direction-finding with sub-meter accuracy. The devices can capable of running on a coin cell battery for up to ten years. The SoCs are built on an Arm Cortex-M33 core and feature ultra-low transmit and receive power.
The EFR32MG22 (MG22) family are small and low power SoCs that have been designed for Zigbee Green Power applications. The SoCs integrate a 76.8 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 core with a 2.4 GHz radio to support multiple IoT protocols.
EFR32FG22 (FG22) SoCs are designed for energy-efficient proprietary protocol networking. The single-die devices feature a 38.4 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor and a 2.4 GHz radio with a receive sensitivity of -106.4 dBm. The FG22 SoCs have advanced security features and come with a comprehensive suite of software tools and stacks.
