The processes are suitable for commercial mixed-signal IC prototyping and specialized aerospace and defense circuits, the company said.
“We are pleased to announce the availability of our FastShuttle MPW program which enables our customers to achieve product prototyping, device characterization, and IP validation quickly and cost-effectively,” said Thomas Sonderman, President, SkyWater Technology Foundry.
