The family consists of two products, MX30LF1208AA and MX30LF1G08AA, of 512Mb and 1Gb density respectively. Both products utilize a more reliable 75nm floating gate technology which makes them well suited for embedded
applications. The chips operate from a wide 2.7 to 3.6V voltage range in the industrial temperature range of -40 to +85C. Random access is achieved in a maximum of 25us, sequential read is performed in 30ns. Page program takes 300us while block erase time is 2ms typical.
