
SMARC module features Intel processing for industrial automation
The small, low-power module makes it simple to upgrade computing performance. It has Intel Atom E3900, Pentium and Celeron N Series processors. Measuring only 82mm x 50mm, the device can support up to three displays at the same time. It also features planty of I/O, including SATA, USB3.0/2.0, COM port, SMBus, and I2C.
Key features of the SOM-2569 include:
• 2 LAN controllers and an onboard Wi-Fi module
• TPM and secure boot for enhanced security
• onboard design for all key components for maximum reliability
SOM-2569 also features integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and dual 1000base-T interfaces for wireless and cable connectivity. The module is compliant with IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac PCIe Wi-Fi & Bluetooth 4.2 and RF certification.
A TPM (Trusted Platform Module) hardware chip enables system protection; encompassing secure data storage, platform integrity reporting and platform authentication. UEFI security boot ensures the computer boots up using only trusted software.
