This provides a very stable performance in a wide range of temperature from -40 to +85ºC. The series has the same format as 125 kHz transponders from the SDTR1103 family. The SDTR1103-HF is offered with inductance values of 290µH for 2 MHz, 400 µH for 2 MHz and 20 µH for 13,56 MHz.
Its surface mount configuration allows easy integration in automatic printed circuit board assembly process, avoiding damage to the antenna’s windings. The device is suitable for use in applications requiring high drop-test requirements, like mobiles and key-fobs.
