With an integrated phase jitter of only 200 to 300fs, the OVT series offers a phase noise of -138dBc/Hz (based on a typical 125MHz device), with a current consumption from 16mA. It is available with a 2.5V or 3.3V supply voltage within a wide frequency range without a PLL or multiplier of 40MHz to 200MHz.
