The LMT78 does not require a heat sink and requires less space on the PCB. The SMD switching regulator comes with an adjustable output voltage and includes a remote ON/OFF control.The series offers a MTBF of >2 million hours and offer high efficiency up to 96%. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
The LMT78 series offers short circuit protection and low ripple and noise (typically 10 mVp-p at 20 MHz bandwidth) and are ide¬ally suited for space constrained mobile applications.
