SMT tactile switch is only 3.0×2.0x2.0mm
The smallest of the new tactile switches start with a housing footprint of only 3.0×2.0mm; the “largest” of the minis also take up minimal space on the PCB at 5.2 x 5.2mm. The miniature dimensions ensure remarkably small actuating area whose diameters are between 0.7 and 3.5mm. The component heights range between 0.55 and 2.0mm.
The high quality, fail-safe series 5061 is divided into seven different purchase options, which differ in footprint, height and size of the actuating field. Option ’01’ also offers an IP67 waterproof level of protection. During actuation, the tactile switches are distinguished by a noticeable response. A service lift of up to 100 000 cycles is guaranteed at operating temperatures of -40 to +85C. The contact material consists of a copper alloy.
