Integrated Device Technology’s F2914 and F2915 apply a constant impedance technologythat the company calls Kz. They are 50-Ω SP4T and SP5T RF switches that exhibit insertion loss of 1.1 dB with corresponding IIP2 of 124 dBm and IIP3 of 61 dBm at 4 GHz. They maintain a near-constant impedance when switching between RF ports, improving hot switching reliability and system response time while protecting downstream components from transients.
The switches are packaged in a standard NBG24 4 x 4 mm 24 pin QFN package, and are priced at $1.56/$1.82 respectively (10,000)
