This next-generation product is AEC-Q100 Grade 2 Qualified with guaranteed RF performance across extended temperature limits, making it an excellent design choice for LTE cellular telematics modems, remote keyless entry devices, infotainment systems, automated toll transponders, garage door openers, GPS/navigation platforms, and other wireless control systems.

The advanced Silicon on Insulator (SOI) process technology ensures excellent RF performance without compromising ESD. This SPDT switch features a wide frequency range (0.1 to 6 GHz), is capable of supporting popular ISM Bands, 5 GHz Wi-Fi, as well as future cellular bands, and has excellent power handling capability (P1 dB = 38 dBm), meeting the need for higher power carrier LTE aggregation telematics designs.

The SKYA21003 has high-linearity performance and low insertion loss with an operating temperature range from -40 to +105 °C, allowing for operation in challenging automotive operating environments. It is available in a compact quad flat no-lead (QFN) 2 x 2 x 0.55 mm package.
