“Adesto’s CBRAM technology offers unique advantages to high-reliability applications,” said Raphael Mehrbians, vice president of marketing at Adesto, in a statement. “In addition to its ability to operate at very low power and to consume very little energy, our resistive memory technology is resistant to the effects of radiation, making it a natural choice for satellites, medical and other Hi-Rel applications.”
Teledyne HiRel Electronics is now offering Adesto’s resistive memory under its own product number EVRM24512C. The memory has a 100K write cycle endurance and data retention of greater than 40 years at 125°C.
Teledyne e2v and Teledyne HiRel Electronics offer high-reliability memory with additional quality testing as required by the customer and other options such as burn-in, temperature cycling, and various extended temperature ranges. Teledyne e2v also offers full design, fabrication, and test capabilities for custom multichip packages (MCP) for defense applications.
