Perovskite materials are of great interest for the development of solar cells. The efficiency of such cells is being driven up over 20% with new manufacturing techniques, and at the same time can be manufacured on flexible plastic substrates using a roll to roll process for low cost production. The next few years will see more focus on the range of perovskite materials for solar cells.
