Top- and bottom-port HD voice MEMS microphones

The AKU142/342 deliver a traditional analog output in an industry-standard 2.95×3.76×1.1mm form factor whereas the AKU240/440 offer digital PDM outputs in industry-standard 3.0×4.0x1.0mm form factors. The AKU142 and AKU240 are Top-port designs, the AKU342 and AKU440 microphones are bottom-port designs. All devices have a flat frequency response of +/-5dB from 50Hz to 14kHz and come in faraday-shielded packages for radio frequency and electromagnetic immunity
