Toshiba introduces replacements for 60-W and 75-W incandescents

Typical applications for the new A19 and A21 are recessed downlights, ceiling fans, sconces, lamps and open hanging fixtures. Both have an operating life expectancy of 25.000 hours. The A19 is available in two versions – dimmable and not dimmable. The dimmable version is available with light temperatures of 3000K and 4000K and a light intensity of 830 lumens or 890 lm. These versions offer an efficacy of 59.3lm/W and 63.6lm/W. It consumes 14 watts.

The non-dimmable A19 versions offer light temperatures of 2700K / 800lm or 4000K / 900lm at 10W. Efficacy is 80.0lm/W or 90.0lm/W respectively.

The A21 is also dimmable. It is available with3000K/1150lm and 4000K/1250lm. Both versions require 18W.

All new lamps have a power factor of 0.70 and a five-year limited warranty.
