Capable of supporting DOCSIS3.1 requirements, the MRFXF0025 is designed for applications that require superb gain balance in a very small, low cost, and highly reliable surface mount package. Characteristic impedance is 75 ohms and insertion loss ranges from 0.7 dB to 0.8 dB across the device band width. The MRFXF0025 boasts power handling capability of 2 W. The industry standard S-20 package is RoHS compliant and available in tape and reel.
