TÜV SÜD opens another test lab in Shenzhen
With a broad range of test stands for electric and medical appliances and machines as well as for shoes, textiles, toys and products for children the lab covers the industrial segments that reflect the focus of the manufacturing industry in the province of Guangdong.
TUEV SUED is operating in Shenzhen for 14 years. For the services provider, the Chinese market is the most strategic one outside its home country Germany, explained Dirk von Wahl, general manager for the Greater China region for TUEV SUED. Thanks to more extensive and better equipment, as well as to the modernised test environment, the new location facilitates a more efficient lab management, von Wahl said. In addition, the company now can expand its services portfolio.
