With two stages of amplification, the TQP9108 offers 30.5 dB of gain with 31.3 dBm output power. Covering 1.7 to 2.17 GHz, the Qorvo TQP9108 serves small cell and repeater applications, DAS and booster amp applications for bands 1, 2, 3, 4 and 25. Power added efficiency is rated at 39% with OIP3 of 46 dBm. Packaged in a 3.5- x 4.5-mm SMT, this internally matched amp draws 65 mA from a 4.3 V supply.
