Believed to have the highest Q-value of any other 01005 (EIA) -packaged inductor, the Q characteristics at 2.4 GHz are up to 30% higher than other products on the market. The series comprises 31 inductors with values ranging from 0.4 to 10 nH. With a Q of over 30 at 2.4 GHz, value deviation from nominal is within ± 0.1 nH for devices with up to 3.9 nH values and ± 3% of stated nominal above. Murata’s micro-fabrication techniques aid the construction of an optimal coil pattern and electrode structure to achieve the high Q characteristics. The LQP02TQ series is suitable for use in high frequency modules, smartphones and all other types of high frequency circuits.
