The TQL9092 provides 2 dB (peak-to-peak) gain flatness from 1.5 to 3.6 GHz. Although optimized for linear performance across the 1.5 to 4.2 GHz frequency range, this LNA can operate down to 600 MHz. Typical gain is 22.6 dB and OIP3 is 39.5 dBm at a 65 mA bias setting.
Noise figure at this setting would be 0.6 dB. The TQL9092 can be biased from a single positive supply ranging from 3.3 to 5 V. Ideal for defense communication systems, this LNA would also support applications in small cell, DAS and supports TDD and FDD systems.
