The combination of the two businesse improves the market position of Unipower by expanding the company’s commercial product offering into the lower power segments as well as giving the company a stronger presence in the industrial and medical sectors.
Plans are in place to integrate the sales, marketing and manufacturing functions immediately and it is expected that full integration of the businesses will be concluded within the following few months. Power Solutions’ stocking and distribution center in Titusville, Florida, USA will be consolidated into Unipower’s Coral Springs, Florida facility.
