The video shows how a large display substrate moves over a pack of stationary print heads, each alimented with vapour-transported emitter materials and able to print all three colours in a single pass. The OLED materials are evaporated into a carrier gas that delivers them to a jet engine for direct printing of patterned OLED layers. OVJP also allows for orientation-independent printing, face-up or face-down or even on vertically-standing substrate.
