UV-C LEDs output up to 30mW at 275nm for sterilization

Designed in a high thermal conductive 3.5×3.5mm ceramic package with a shielded transmittance glass lid, the UV-C LEDs output up to 30mW at 275nm (with a 25mA current requirement for the 3mW version). Based on a cutting edge AlGaN chip, the 3mW model has a lifetime exceeding 10,000 Hours. The new CEL LED family includes the CL7001C3, CL7002C3 and the CL7003C2 with output powers of 3mW, 10mW and 30mW, respectively.
