The devices cover operation from 1.45 to 5.0 GHz, and have control voltages ranging from 0 to 5.0 V. The SKY12232-21, SKY12233-11, SKY12235-11 and SKY12236-11 are optimized for use as low distortion, analog attenuators — centered at 1.95, 2.60, 3.15, and 3.8 GHz.
These VVAs are ideal for automatic power leveling/gain control circuits in 3G/4G LTE and WCDMA cellular base stations, IF chains, radar, and Satcom systems. They are also designed for broad market wireless systems including military communication transceivers, S-Band radar, and VSAT. Each is provided in a MCM 8-pin 4.9 x 3.2 x 1.0 mm package.
