VCO features low phase noise for cost-sensitive basestation systems
This high performance VCO features a spectrally clean signal of -115 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and covers the band with a typical tuning sensitivity of 4 MHz/V.
The CRO2273B-LF is designed to deliver +3 dBm of nominal output power into a 50Ω load while operating off a 5 Vdc supply and drawing typically 20 mA of current. It operates over the extended commercial temperature range of -40 to 85ºC.
The VCO features typical second harmonic suppression of -15 dBc and comes in Z-Comm’s standard, MINI-16-SM package measuring 1.27- x 1.27- 0.56-cm (0.5- x 0.5- x 0.22-inches). It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements making it ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
The CRO2273B-LF is well suited for microwave radio and basestation applications that require low phase noise performance.
