The device delivers frequency stability of ±50 ppm and is also available across the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +175°C in a 5.0 x 7.0 mm SMD package.
The VFHV570 offers output frequencies from 1 MHz to 80 MHz in a LVCMOS output with supply voltages of 3.3 V, or 5.0 V. For tracking accuracy of a PLL design, the device’s absolute pull range minimum is ±100 ppm.
